Associate in Arts Admission Requirements

  1. Complete an online Application for Admission and pay the EFSC application fee.
  2. Students must hold a standard high school diploma or equivalent
  3. Submit official high school and postsecondary transcripts from all previously attended institutions accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  4. Submit placement test scores.
    • All new (first time in college) students must meet the entry-level assessment requirements for placement into reading, writing and mathematics courses prior to registration. Visit the  Placement Testing website for more information and FAQs.
  5. Complete the online student orientation in myEFSC portal.
  6. For qualifying students: Complete Florida Residency Form in myEFSC portal for Florida tuition rates.
