EFSC Transcripts

Official EFSC Transcripts

The student’s official transcript maintained by Eastern Florida State College is protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). Each official transcript costs $10 and payment must be received in full before processing. EFSC cannot accept transcript requests via email or telephone.

EFSC has partnered with Parchment to print, mail, and electronically deliver official academic transcripts. Transcripts sent through Parchment are considered official EFSC transcripts and include all relevant course information. Parchment is authorized to fulfill transcript orders and respond to questions regarding these transactions.

Information Needed When Ordering

  • Payment Method: Major credit card, debit card, or prepaid credit card (cash not accepted).

  • Recipient Information:

    • Email address and name for electronic (PDF) transcripts

    • Mailing address and name for paper transcripts

  • Identification: Student’s Social Security number and/or EFSC ID (B-number)

A valid recipient email address is required for secure PDF delivery. EFSC charges $10 per transcript.

Order through the myEFSC portal for the fastest processing. Student information will automatically populate, and you will be directed to the Parchment ordering system.

Ordering Transcript by Mail

Using the Parchment online system process is the quickest, most efficient and economical way to request your official transcript. However, if for some reason you are unable to use this system, you may download the Transcript Request form or submit your request in writing. Unofficial EFSC Transcripts

Current students may obtain unofficial transcripts at no charge via the myEFSC portal or through floridashines.org. An academic history report is also available in myGPS. Refer to the Online Resources Guide for additional details.
